The conference has been designed around the Exhibition Room. Welcome tea and coffee, refreshment breaks and lunch will all be served around the exhibition stands to maximise your interaction with the delegates. In addition, the networking function at the end of the first day will also be held in the exhibition hall giving you extended exposure to potential clients.
Exhibition Stand Design
This is a rare opportunity to showcase your organization to key players in the industry. All breaks/refreshments will be served in the trade display area, maximising exhibitors’ exposure and interaction with delegates.
- One 3m x 2m booth, complete with:
- Fabric covered (velcro compatible) panel walls
- Fascia sign displaying company name on front of booth (maximum 26 characters)
- Two 150w spotlights on track per booth
- One 240 volts/1000watt/4amp general purpose powerpoint
- One skirted trestle table with two chairs
- Further fixtures and furniture can be ordered
- Sponsor’s logo and web link on Conference Website www.cshisc.com.au/conference
- Company listing in the conference program
- Exposure to the key community services and health industries’ decision makers
- Attendance by up to TWO company representatives for the duration of the Trade Exhibition ( includes name badges, satchel, catering for all morning and afternoon tea and all lunches, and access to Conference sessions.
